SPOT AI Images is a Microsoft PowerPoint add-in that generates AI-powered images from text descriptions. The Service is provided by BRYANSKIY ILYA ARTEMEVICH, Individual Entrepreneur, Uzbekistan.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Free plan: 30 image generations included at no cost.
• Pro plan: paid subscription processed via our payment provider.
• Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice.

4. Refund Policy

• You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the Service did not work as described.
• Refund requests: ask@spot-ai-images.com.
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate:

• Illegal content of any kind.
• Content that violates third-party rights.
• Harmful, abusive, or offensive material.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

• All images you generate belong to you.
• You have full commercial rights to generated images.
• We retain no ownership of your generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
